Returns, Refunds, Store Credit, & Exchanges
We do accept returns and exchanges and process refunds/store credit on rare occasions, but this is up to the discretion of BK Ink Company/Bre Krahn.
Typically, in place of a refund, store credit is more viable, or you may opt for an exchange as long as the product has not been damaged or tampered with.
If store credit is given, it will be equal to the cost of the item(s) purchased.
We understand things happen, and special circumstances do arise. Please contact us if you need to return your purchase for a refund/store credit, or exchange.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If your purchase was made in person at an event (i.e. market, convention, etc.) then you do not qualify for a return.
If your order was purchased at a store or from another online retailer (i.e. Amazon, McNally, Indigo, etc.), you must process a return through that retailer.
If you purchase a book with a custom signature and message from BK Ink Co.’s website or in person, then you are not eligible for a return, refund/store credit, or exchange under any circumstance as it is now unable to be resold.
Should your return be accepted, you will be provided with return instructions.
Gift Cards are not eligible for returns, refunds/store credit, or exchanges.
Return costs such as shipping or pick-up fees are at the expense of the customer and not BK Ink Co./Bre Krahn. You may choose whichever shipping method you’d like at your cost, but if you’d like to choose the pick-up option fees will vary depending on the location and timeframe.
Furthermore, if you are returning a purchase and replacing it with an exchange, then there will be a new delivery fee and pick-up fee at the expense of the customer. The fees will vary in cost depending on the location and timeframe.
